Sukhman Gill
Sukhman Gill is an advocate by profession, but writing and literature have always stayed close to her, quietly, in the background of everything else she has done. She is an author, and her first book, Kuj Harf Tere Naa, a collection of Punjabi poetry, was published in 2024.
Over time, she noticed something: people kept coming to her, asking how to begin, how to write, where to share their words, and whether their writing was “good enough” to show anyone.
She realized that many people did not need permission to write. They simply needed a place to.
The Little Archive grew out of that realization. A space where writers, especially those just starting out, could submit their words and see them held somewhere. Not judged. Not ranked. Just kept.
Because sometimes, all a person needs is one small beginning: a first published piece, a place for their words to exist beyond their own notebooks, a little archive of their own to look back on someday.
